This breakout session is designed to help staff use the Early Intervention Program Accessibility Checklist to evaluate Word and PDF documents—such as newsletters—shared electronically with families. The goal is to support staff in working toward compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards. Please bring your laptop and have access to the documents you plan to evaluate for accessibility.
