Stress Reduction #2: Cool Mind

This program introduces a more in-depth presentation on a stress-reducing approach to mindfulness. Participants learn the benefits of practicing mindfulness, the basics of mindfulness, and how to easily incorporate mindfulness into daily activities whether at work, at home, or when home is the workplace. Everything is designed to be accessible and manageable within a demanding work/home schedule.
