Stress Reduction #3: Connected Spirit

This program focuses on strategies that reduce stress associated with interpersonal relationships.  The program will explore the sources of relational stress, the impact of interpersonal tension on communication and connecting skills, and tools and tips for developing, improving, or maintaining effective relationships.  The practices, tools and tips to be offered are designed to be used in a variety of settings.  Whether at home, at work, or in social-media environments, having effective and compassionate interpersonal relationships are great for the body, mind, and spirit.
