This professional development opportunity will support educators' learning and implementation of the Concrete-Representational-Abstract (CRA) sequence of instruction, an evidence-based instruction/intervention practice, for modeling fraction equivalence and operations.
Objectives:
At the end of this training, participants will be able to:
Understand the benefits of and when to use CRA within the instructional hierarchy
Model fraction equivalence using a CRA sequence
Model fraction operations using a CRA sequence
