First Aid & CPR Training

This comprehensive First Aid and CPR training session is designed to equip staff with the essential skills needed to respond confidently and effectively in emergency situations. This training will cover life-saving techniques, including CPR for adults and children, how to use an AED, and basic first aid procedures for common injuries and medical emergencies.  Upon successful training completion, staff will be certified in First Aid and CPR through the American Red Cross for two years.

Paraprofessionals in attendance for the full day should account for 6.5 hours towards professional development.  This training will count towards your required 20 hours of PD.  Please enter this training on your verification hours form located in your staff folder for supervisor approval.
