about eligibility requirements, circumstances under which 
employees qualify for FMLA leave, pay and benefits 
employees are entitled to while on leave and 
responsibilities regarding FMLA procedures.

What’s New in Ed Tech at TIU 11 
Presenters: Jigar Patel & Dr. Eric Yoder 

In this session, presenters will highlight changes in Ed Tech and show case new tools in the TIU 11 toolkit to benefit our employees, programs, and districts. We will demonstrate how tools like Adobe Sign (e-signatures), the new Incident IQ helpdesk, and Zoom can be leveraged to improve workflows and communication. Additionally, we will showcase LinkedIn Learning, a platform available to all IU employees, which houses online courses and video tutorials for hundreds of different computer applications (such as those from Adobe, Microsoft, and many others) and specific work-related tasks (such as organizing data, marketing, improving communication, etc).

to build resiliency in others and ourselves. We will look at our 
Ikigi (the Japanese secret to a long and happy life) and 
discover ways to improve your resilience at work.
