Transforming Organizations Tentative

In this course, participants focus ontransformational leadership, creating a new vision for the future of their schools.  Bringing new possibilitites into reality requires visionary thinking and a strong sense of discovery.  Communication of the intent for transformation, as seen in revised visions, norms, values, expectations and goals, is essential to enable transformative change.  This course will guide participants to lead rather than manage transformation in their organizations.  Registration through PA Inspired Leadership Only.
