WHAT IS THE PARTNER READING INTERVENTION?

"Partner Reading Intervention" is a strategy for partner reading and paragraph shrinking to reinforce fluency and comprehension for ALL STUDENTS.  This version of PALS (Fuchs et al., 2001) by Burns, et al. (2015) is beneficial for students in grade 1 (second half of 1st grade) through high school with immediate positive impacts.  Explain the purpose of "classwide Partner Reading Intervention" Demonstrate how to use the data to determine the need for intervention and how to partner students Routines and resources for including "Partner Reading Intervention" in your classroom.
